We are confident you will be satisfied with Thermo Burn Pro. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date of shipment.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us within 60 days of your order shipment date
- You must provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Product returns are requested for accounting purposes even for opened bottles
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact our customer service team by email at support@northsupplements.online or by phone at (877) 257-0710. Include your name, order number, and reason for the refund.
Step 2: Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number within 1–2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the product back to the address provided in your return authorization. Keep tracking information for your records.
Step 4: Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please only ship returns to the address provided in your return authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are refused or returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
