We ship Thermo Burn Pro from our fulfillment center in Aurora, Colorado. Below are our current shipping terms, timelines, and policies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days after processing. Some rural areas may take slightly longer.

International

International shipping: 10 to 14 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

• 2-bottle pack: $9.99 US shipping
• International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

• Check with neighbors and household members
• Look in mailrooms, package lockers, and porches
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• Contact us within 7 days if the package cannot be located

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot modify the address.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee.
